Meet Our Abington Dentists

Meet Shivani Shirgavi, DMD

Dr. Shivani Shirgavi fell in love with the Boston area after graduating from college, and since then she has become firmly established in our friendly local community. Her kind, caring, sunny nature and gentle touch are extremely reassuring for our families and younger patients.

Dr. Shirgavi is especially passionate about preventative dental care and finds it extremely rewarding when she can help children and adults understand their dental health and the positive effect of good dental health can have on general health.

When not caring for her patients, Dr. Shirgavi can frequently be found at the Quincy Animal Shelter. As a committed animal lover, Dr. Shirgavi volunteers at the shelter every weekend. She also enjoys arts, music, and loves traveling or relaxing with a good book.

Dr. Shirgavi graduated with her degree in dentistry from VS Dental College in Mumbai, India, before completing her Advanced Standing Program at Boston University School of Dental Medicine.
